Creation and LGE occupy 20,000 square feet of the building, with the remaining space leased to CultureSpace. Inside, warm industrial elements mix with midcentury modern accents, offering open collaboration areas, quiet phone pods, a 24-hour fitness center, a speakeasy, and curated art throughout. Custom murals by local artist Haylee Ryan celebrate architectural legends and the companies’ design heritage, creating an inspiring and functional environment for employees and visitors alike.
