Nexus Commerce Center is strategically designed to meet the needs of a variety of tenant industries and sizes in the land-constrained Tempe Industrial Submarket.

Nexus Commerce Center is a redevelopment of an infill, 16 acre site formerly home to a 200,000 SF back-office call center. The existing improvements will be razed to make way for a three building, 273,341 SF final-mile logistics development. This project features multiple buildings depths which will accommodate a variety of tenant sizes ranging from 15,000-100,000 SF. The buildings will include best-in-class specs including 32' clear height, 130'-185' truck court depths, and EV charging pedestals.
