Nexus Commerce Center is a redevelopment of an infill, 16 acre site formerly home to a 200,000 SF back-office call center. The existing improvements will be razed to make way for a three building, 273,000 SF final-mile logistics development. This project features multiple buildings depths which will accommodate a variety of tenant sizes ranging from 15,000-100,000 SF. The buildings include best-in-class specs including 32' clear height, 130'-185' truck court depths, and EV charging pedestals. Nexus Commerce Center will introduce desperately needed, functional inventory in Tempe's premier industrial corridor.
