David Sellers is a visionary real estate entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience shaping the Southwest’s built environment. He is the co-founder of Creation and serves as CEO of LGE Design Build, an award winning design build firm with more than 30 years of leadership in the Southwest, and is also a co-founder of Portis, a modern small bay industrial platform. Based in Phoenix, Dallas, and Tampa, his work is unified by a commitment to design excellence, operational efficiency, and long term growth.

Bob Agahi is a real estate developer and investor and co-founder of Creation, where he leads the firm’s alternative investment strategy and provides strategic oversight across its development and investment portfolio in Phoenix, New York City, and Tampa.

Bob is also the co-founder of Portis, a next generation industrial platform redefining how small businesses grow through modern small bay industrial space.

Michael serves as Chief Financial Officer of Creation Equity and its affiliates, overseeing all financial operations across Creation Real Estate, Hospitality, and Ventures. He brings more than 10 years of experience leading finance teams across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom for a global, publicly traded energy general contractor prior to joining LGE. Since joining the LGE and Creation team, Michael has focused on building a first class finance and accounting organization while supporting the company’s expansion into new markets and sectors. He has been with Creation since its inception.

Eric Boyd serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Creation Equity, where he oversees the Firm’s investment strategy, capital formation, and portfolio management across all development and acquisition platforms. With over 27 years of experience in real estate, private equity, and investment banking, Eric leads the structuring, capital raising, and execution of opportunities that align with the Firm’s long-term growth objectives.

Prior to joining Creation, Eric was a Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Opportunity Fund business at CrossHarbor Capital Partners. During his 19 years at CrossHarbor, Eric was a leading originator of opportunistic equity and high-yielding debt investments nationwide and across 10 sectors of the commercial real estate industry. Eric was initially based in the Firm’s Boston office for eight years before spearheading the opening of the Firm’s West Coast office in Newport Beach, California. From 2014 to 2025, Eric was instrumental in expanding the Firm’s joint venture operating partner relationships and sector exposure on the West Coast.

Alex joined Creation in 2022, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for the implementation and execution of the firm’s strategy across markets and asset classes. During his time at Creation, Alex has been instrumental in launching the firm’s mixed-use platform, driving its growth in Texas, and developing and implementing a number of the firm’s processes and procedures. Prior to Creation, Alex spent seven years with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he served as the market leader for the Southwestern United States, leading over $1BN in transaction volume across acquisitions, joint ventures, and dispositions. Alex is a member of ULI, and a graduate of the University of Michigan, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

After a successful career in Industrial brokerage, Grant joined Creation as a Development Executive in 2019. Today, as Principal of Mountain West Region, he is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and lease up/disposition of existing assets in the Southwest covering Phoenix, Southern California, Denver, and Las Vegas. Grant is an active member of the Arizona NAIOP Developing Leaders chapter. Additionally, he is an active member of EC70, a nonprofit philanthropy group that fundraises for 100+ children's charities.

Taylor has been involved in the Texas commercial real estate industry for the past 11 years in multiple asset classes in a variety of capacities, including brokerage, leasing, sales, site location, acquisitions and development. As Principal of Texas, Taylor brings his vast network of the Texas CRE community to help procure new development opportunities, as well as facilitate existing Creation relationships while expanding the growing brand’s reputation throughout the state. Mitcham is also a member of NAIOP, ICSC, Bisnow and an active salesperson license holder with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

In an effort to grow Creation’s brand and business, particularly in the New York and New Jersey markets, Luke Georgiadis has been brought on as a Principal. Luke will rely on his background as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America and Real Estate Private Equity Associate at TPG to establish Creation’s footprint on the East Coast. He was a competitive swimmer at the University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a Finance concentration.

Brandon brings more than 7 years of general contractor experience as Vice President of Accounting/Finance of LGE to bridge the gap between commercial development and construction. Since joining in 2017, Brandon has been instrumental in building processes, systems, and reporting visibility for both LGE & Creation.

Jagger works with design and construction partners through entitlement and development processes and evaluates feasibility of prospective future development sites. Prior to joining Creation, Jagger worked at Butler Design Group. Notable project involvement includes; Park303, Goodyear Civic Square, and Gilbert Crossroads. Jagger is a graduate of the ASU W.P. Carey Master of Real Estate Development Program where he was awarded the 2019 ICSC Centerbuild Award and was a REIAC Rockefeller Challenge Winner. He received his B.S. of Architectural Studies from the University of Missouri.

Amy serves as the Director of Human Resources for Creation and their hospitality brands. During Amy’s tenure, she has spearheaded a period of significant growth for Creation when it comes to hiring personnel. She is a National and Greater Phoenix member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her involvement in the SHRM helps Amy hone her exceptional skills for attracting top talent, overseeing payroll, and implementing the company’s robust benefits package.

John's practice is concentrated in real estate and business transactions and he has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects and phases of commercial real estate deals. John also has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of construction and design professional agreements.

Caitlin is a hands-on financial leader responsible for accurate reporting, accounting operations, tax compliance, and team management across a portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, and venture capital. A seasoned accounting executive with over 10 years of Controller and CFO experience, she brings deep expertise across real estate, hospitality, and HOA environments. She has a strong track record managing complex multi-entity portfolios, navigating tax compliance and audit defense, and building high-performing teams.

Caitlin holds a CMA designation and a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Northern Arizona University. She is also a licensed Realtor. Outside of work, she is a proud twin mom and dog lover.

Drew Graham is a highly experienced professional in the commercial construction industry with a track record of managing and overseeing diverse projects in various sectors, including industrial, retail, hospitality, and institutional developments. He has been in the industry for 8 years and has successfully coordinated complex construction projects from design through closeout. Drew is an active member of industry organizations such as TREC and NAIOP. He is a proud Alum of Louisiana State University, where he received his B.S. in Construction Management.

As the Executive Assistant to David Sellers, it is Ryan who handles a multitude of responsibilities to facilitate the daily workday of our co-founder. Among the many duties she is charged with, Ryan coordinates and manages David’s schedule, which includes the planning of all meetings and the creation of their agendas. Her keen attention to detail is evident in the reports and presentations she prepares, along with all of the logistics on David’s travels. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Arizona State University, which she relies on heavily for all aspects of her position at Creation.

Prior to joining Creation, Zach was Vice President/Producer at NorthMarq Capital, where he specialized in debt and equity placement across all property types. Before joining NorthMarq, Zach was an investment analyst at a boutique mortgage banking firm, where he assisted in the origination of over $200 million in debt placement. Zach graduated with honors with his degree in Finance and Economics from Grand Canyon University, where he played Division 1 basketball for Head Coach Dan Majerle.

Kate joined Creation in 2024 and supports underwriting, asset management, and reporting for Texas industrial and mixed-use projects. She has prior experience in real estate private equity and holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Spanish from SMU. Kate is an active member of IWIRE North Texas.

As VP of Transactions, Chris has utilized his knowledge at Creation Equity to drive accurate project underwriting, modeling, budget review, and assembly of market research including lease and sale comps. Campbell is straight-forward, reliable and an outstanding member for Creation’s clients through the complexities of development.

Lyndsey Moyse is a Staff Accountant at Creation, supporting the firm’s accounting operations across its growing portfolio. She developed her passion for accounting through her years of experience in the hospitality industry, where attention to detail and operational discipline were essential. Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys camping, kayaking, exploring local food spots, and traveling.

Ben Kort is an Associate with experience across several different industries focusing on market analysis and identifying new business opportunities. He has strong expertise in research and strategic analysis, developing detailed business insights. Ben graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Izharia Veasley is a commercial real estate professional with 3 years of experience. She specializes in financial modeling and analysis for multifamily development and acquisition projects. Izharia prepares financial models to evaluate pro forma cash flow projections and conducts market research for project feasibility. Her expertise in multifamily models has helped underwrite deals that successfully raised capital.

Jake Hewitt is an Arizona State University-trained accounting professional with roughly six years of progressive experience spanning property accounting, construction, and financial analysis across real estate and logistics. He is responsible for full-cycle accounting functions across the portfolio, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, project tracking, tax support, and coordination with third-party property managers and external auditors.
