Multi-Family Development Executive

This role requires a forward thinking, problem solving, and dedicated individual looking to work in a fast-paced environment including multiple real estate and alternative investment opportunities. As the Multi-Family Development Executive, you are the point person for not only fostering new opportunities, but for tracking and seeing current developments through completion and eventual exit.

Staff Accountant

The Creation Staff Accountant will be responsible for Creation managed member related entities full-service accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, bank reconciliation, and cash forecasting. Manage the setup and tracking of all projects and actively involved with Creation Analysts to meet strict deadlines. Review and record real estate settlement statements and monthly property management reports. Assist with all tax matters including real estate taxes, income taxes, and K-1s. Provide input into the development and improve accounting processes for efficiency improvements. Participate in audit requests and communication with external auditors. Preferred attributes include a minimum of 3+ years accounting experience, real estate transactions and/or property management accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and Yardi experience a plus


The Analyst role will be responsible for a full range of development tasks across a broad portfolio of assets. This role will work closely with VP of Transactions to coordinate due diligence, review contracts and reports, construct pro forma models, and assist in asset management throughout the development life cycle. The Analyst position will also be responsible for maintaining and presenting pertinent information in various databases for the team
