As an award-winning developer David Sellers leads Creation’s development platform. Sellers has been a driving force behind the development of many of the Southwest's most exciting projects including, The Hub, AZRE Red Award winner for Best Industrial Project more than 500,000 square feet 2021, and, The Collab, Best office project less than 150,000 square feet 2021, as well as many restaurant and entertainment centers such as Heritage Marketplace in Downtown Gilbert, the AZRE Red Award winner for Best Mixed-Use Project 2016. Sellers is also CEO of LGE Design Build, a premier design-build firm with headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona and Dallas, TX.

Michael is the CFO of Creation Equity and all of its affiliates. He and his team are responsible for all financial aspects across Creation Real Estate, Hospitality, and Ventures. Michael spent 10+ years leading finance teams across the US, Canada & UK for a global publicly traded energy general contractor prior to joining LGE. Since joining the LGE & Creation team, he has dedicated his efforts to building a first class finance & accounting team while continuously expanding the businesses into new markets and sectors. Michael has been with Creation since inception.

Josh joined Creation in 2021 after spending 12 years at Walton Street Capital, most recently as a principal in the acquisitions group. Alex comes to Creation after spending seven years with J.P. Morgan Asset Management. There he held various roles in asset management and acquisition, with his most recent responsibilities being the market lead for the Southwestern United States. While at J.P. Morgan, Alex helped capitalize the Creation portfolio, which included projects like Baylis 495, Fort West Commerce Center, Midway Commerce Center, and Park Algodon. He will rely on his experience working with Creation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in his new role as Principal.

After a successful career in Industrial brokerage, Grant joined Creation as a Development Executive in 2019. Today, as Principal of Mountain West Region, he is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and lease up/disposition of existing assets in the Southwest covering Phoenix, Southern California, Denver, and Las Vegas. Grant is an active member of the Arizona NAIOP Developing Leaders chapter. Additionally, he is an active member of EC70, a nonprofit philanthropy group that fundraises for 100+ children's charities.

Taylor has been involved in the Texas commercial real estate industry for the past 11 years in multiple asset classes in a variety of capacities, including brokerage, leasing, sales, site location, acquisitions and development. As Principal of Texas, Taylor brings his vast network of the Texas CRE community to help procure new development opportunities, as well as facilitate existing Creation relationships while expanding the growing brand’s reputation throughout the state. Mitcham is also a member of NAIOP, ICSC, Bisnow and an active salesperson license holder with the Texas Real Estate commission.

Hunter joined Creation in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President of Transactions. He works alongside the Founding Partners in overseeing Creation's office, retail, and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Creation, Hunter spent five years in the commercial real estate brokerage and asset management industries. He's a proud Arizona State Sun Devil and holds a B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business.

In an effort to grow Creation’s brand and business, particularly in the New York and New Jersey markets, Luke Georgiadis has been brought on as a VP of Transactions. Luke will rely on his background as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America and Real Estate Private Equity Associate at TPG to establish Creation’s footprint on the East Coast. He was a competitive swimmer at the University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a Finance concentration.

Vice President of Development

Jagger works with design and construction partners through entitlement and development processes and evaluates feasibility of prospective future development sites. Prior to joining Creation, Jagger worked at Butler Design Group. Notable project involvement includes; Park303, Goodyear Civic Square, and Gilbert Crossroads. Jagger is a graduate of the ASU W.P. Carey Master of Real Estate Development Program where he was awarded the 2019 ICSC Centerbuild Award and was a REIAC Rockefeller Challenge Winner. He received his B.S. of Architectural Studies from the University of Missouri.

Drew Graham is a highly experienced professional in the commercial construction industry with a track record of managing and overseeing diverse projects in various sectors, including industrial, retail, hospitality, and institutional developments. He has been in the industry for five years and has successfully coordinated complex construction projects from design through closeout. Drew is an active member of industry organizations such as TREC and NAIOP. He is a proud Alum of Louisiana State University, where he received his B.S. in Construction Management.

Since joining in 2018, Alexis has transformed accounting operations. He has helped overhaul the monthly close cycle, build out our treasury operations, and lead tax planning and analysis across various entities Prior to joining Creation, Alexis held various accounting and finance roles in a large, publicly traded company and public accounting career. Alexis received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University, and master’s degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and is a registered CPA. His responsibilities for Creation include accounting, audit, and tax compliance.

Zach graduated with honors with his degree in Finance and Economics from Grand Canyon University, where he played Division 1 basketball for Head Coach Dan Majerle.

As a Financial Analyst, David Matthew Pedicini oversees the finances of Creation’s Industrial Portfolio on the East Coast, as well as Mixed-Use developments in the Southwest. His career at Creation began his Senior year attending the W.P. Carey school of Business at Arizona State University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Law and a minor in Real Estate. While attending W.P. Carey, David founded the Delta Upsilon chapter of Theta Chi and was accepted into the ASU REIT Portfolio Practicum working as an Equity Research Analyst for U.S. REITs.

 Amy serves as the Director of Human Resources for Creation and two of their hospitality brands, The Americano and Mora, and has now stepped into the role of Director. During Amy’s tenure, she has spearheaded a period of significant growth for Creation when it comes to hiring personnel. She is a National and Greater Phoenix member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her involvement in the SHRM helps Amy hone her exceptional skills for attracting top talent, overseeing payroll, and implementing the company’s robust benefits package.

Carey School of Business at Arizona State University only adds to her diverse resume, which includes a stint working in Migration and Business Law in Australia.

As the personal assistant to David Sellers, it is Ryan who handles a multitude of responsibilities to facilitate the daily workday of our co-founder. Among the many duties she is charged with, Ryan coordinates and manages David’s schedule, which includes the planning of all meetings and the creation of their agendas. Her keen attention to detail is evident in the reports and presentations she prepares, along with all of the logistics on David’s travels. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Arizona State University, which she relies on heavily for all aspects of her position at Creation.

Research Analyst

The Research Analyst will be responsible for various projects pertaining to market analysis and special projects. The Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst will work closely with the Creation Equity (“CRE”) transaction leads and founders to identify new business opportunities in existing and prospective CRE markets and asset classes, as well as assist in reporting and strategic analysis across the CRE portfolio. Experience with Costar, Trepp and Loopnet preferred.

Creation Staff Accountant

Creation staff accounting will be responsible for Creation managed member related entities full-service accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, bank reconciliation, and cash forecasting. Manage the setup and tracking of all projects and actively involved with Creation Analysts to meet strict deadlines. Review and record real estate settlement statements and monthly property management reports. Assist with all tax matters including real estate taxes, income taxes, and K-1s. Provide input into the development and improve accounting processes for efficiency improvements. Participate in audit requests and communication with external auditors. Preferred attributes include a minimum of 3+ years accounting experience, real estate transactions and/or property management accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and Yardi experience a plus.
