Park Algodon

This project marks a significant milestone as Creation and Clarion embark on their first venture together. The 100ac site at the northwest corner of Indian School and the Loop 101 will be transformed into a state-of-the-art industrial employment campus and retail destination bringing much needed employment opportunities to this exciting corridor.

At full build out, Park Algodon will seamlessly integrate 1.3 million square feet of industrial space and 7ac of retail product with adjacent retail, restaurants and neighborhoods, creating a dynamic and vibrant community hub that will be a point of pride for everyone involved.
