Alex comes to Creation after spending seven years with J.P. Morgan Asset Management. There he held various roles in asset management and acquisition, with his most recent responsibilities being the market lead for the Southwestern United States. While at J.P. Morgan, Alex helped capitalize the Creation portfolio, which included projects like Baylis 495, Fort West Commerce Center, Midway Commerce Center, and Park Algodon. He will rely on his experience working with Creation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in his new role as Principal.
